Joanne is an accomplished commercial banking and finance professional with 16 years of experience helping Australian businesses grow through strategic financial advice, relationship management, and commercial lending expertise.
Her career began in financial analysis and credit, where she developed a strong foundation in financial modelling, risk assessment, and credit decision-making. Throughout her banking career, Joanne managed diverse commercial portfolios, structured lending solutions, identified growth opportunities, and developed trusted relationships with business owners, accountants, solicitors, and industry professionals.
Following a successful banking career, Joanne expanded her commercial experience into the construction and manufacturing sectors, across roles in Account Management and as a Financial Controller. Her ability to understand both the financial and operational needs of businesses enables her to deliver practical solutions while maintaining a disciplined approach to risk management.
